From 12 noon to 3 p.m. on Belle Isle in Detroit the Dante Society will celebrate Dante Alighieri. Shrine of Sorrowful Mother Tour
The Italian Pilgrims of Southeastern Michigan will travel to Bellevue, Ohio, to the Shrine of the Sorrowful Mother with Fr. Daniele Criscione and Fr. Marco. There will be a Mass in Italian. This religious pilgrimage is for everyone and includes transportation to and from the shrine, and a day of meditation and prayer. Bus leaves at 7 a.m. from Lakeside Mall in Sterling Heights and will pick up friends in Southgate from the Sam’s Club Shopping Center, Northline and I-75.
